YWiB UBC is currently developing an Internship Program for our members!

The Internship Program will provide YWiB UBC members with the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience and can also serve as a stepping stone to their future careers. The Program will help each member prepare for their respective internship by hosting a series of workshops geared towards building the necessary skills and qualifications for a successful internship experience! The Internship Program will also take care of the job search, and will prepare a list of potential internships for you, so that all you have to do is apply.

The Information Session will explain the structure of the YWiB UBC Internship Program and expand on the requirements that are necessary to partake in this program.

We will be featuring some great speakers who have successfully completed a variety of internships, such as in accounting for Deloitte and in marketing for the Vancouver Canucks, and are now young professionals in the work force.

By attending the Info Session, you will have a chance to gain more information about the program, ask any questions, hear the stories and experiences of young women who have held internships and are now in the work force, and of course, network with like-minded young women and young professionals!
